About Me

Toronto, Ontario, Canada
I'm just a regular chick from Toronto, Ontario who loves to snowboard. I work a full-time job like everyone else in the world, I'd rather be snowbarding full-time instead. Does anyone else agree to this? If not, get the hell off this blog!

Snowboarding is good for you:

If the world promoted Snowboarding as an exercise to young teenagers, maybe there wouldn't be so many overweight and unsocialble kids out there.
This sites is dedicated mostly to girls who are looking to get more out of the sport, learn more tips and tricks. Don't let the boys intimidate you, we can all ride just as hard as them. We just need the motivation and push from other girls just like us.

Goodbye Summer, Hello Winter

Once the leaves start falling to the ground, its the beginning of a great new season for all the riders out there who have been aching to board all summer. For all those who substituted wakeboarding and skateboarding, its just not the same.

I bought a new board close to the end of the season while I was in Vermont rippin it up on half melted snow. I managed to fit in a day of riding with the new deck and bindings. Riding new shit is like putting on a brand new pair of socks taken out of the bag. It fits so right that you never want to take them off.

We have finally hit the middle of September, another 3 months until we may or may not get a huge snowfall, if we don't, I might just pack up my things and get my ass over to Whistler. I am going through some serious withdrawl and I am sure I'm not the only one who's dying to get into their new gear again.
